From Tokushima to Hong Kong
Most of the Japanese seafood we supply comes from our partner in Japan, Azuma Kaisan (有限会社 東海産) — a seafood processor and wholesaler in Tokushima Prefecture, on Japan’s Shikoku island.
Azuma Kaisan was established in 1972, when Tokushima’s central wholesale market opened. Its catch comes from the rich fishing grounds of the Kii Channel and the Naruto Strait, and is processed quickly — while still fresh — using traditional Japanese methods.
